AEPX self-performed a complete metal stud framing and drywall scope for a large commercial tenant improvement project. Work included new partition walls, door openings, reflective insulation, and coordination with MEP trades throughout the build-out.

- Metal stud layout and framing for new interior partitions — large commercial scale
- Reflective insulation installation within framed wall assemblies
- Drywall installation, taping, and finish to Level 4
- MEP rough-in coordination with electrical and mechanical subcontractors
- Door buck framing and hardware rough-in
- Scaffolding and elevated work for multi-story framing scope
